摘要
在加快推进教育现代化的背景下,实验资源为高校学科建设、创新人才培养、落实教育部“六卓越一拔尖”计划2.0提供有力支撑。面对高校实验室空间不足、实验资源重复投入、部分资源长期闲置等现象,如何优化高校实验资源配置成为新时期高校实验室发展建设的重要课题。以新发展理念为指导,结合华侨大学实验资源优化配置实践,通过强化顶层设计、加强信息化平台建设、构建共享机制、推动有偿使用,探索新时期高校实验资源优化配置路径构建新模式。
Under the background of accelerating the modernization of education,experimental resources provide strong support for the discipline construction,innovative talent training,and implementing the Six Excellence&One Top Plan 2.0 of the Ministry of Education.Aiming at solving the problems of limited laboratory space,overlapping investment in laboratory construction,and long-term idle resources,optimizing the allocation of laboratory resources has become an important issue in the development and construction of university laboratories in the new era.Guided by the new development concept,combining with the practice of optimizing the allocation of experimental resources in Huaqiao University,the paper explores a new mode of optimizing the allocation of experimental resources in colleges and universities by strengthening top-level design,enhancing information platform construction,constructing sharing mechanism and promoting paid use.
