摘要
加快数字乡村建设,是实现乡村全面振兴的战略方向。本文首先从数字乡村战略的背景和意义出发,然后对蚌埠市数字乡村建设现状以及面临的问题进行探究,最后从促进农业产业结构升级、加大财政投入、强化信息化人才支撑、继续提升乡村治理现代化水平四个方面提出蚌埠市建设数字乡村的优化路径,以期助力蚌埠市数字乡村建设迈上一个新的台阶,从而加快农业农村现代化进程。
Accelerating the construction of digital villages is a strategic direction for the overall revitalization of the villages.This paper first starts from the background and significance of the digital village strategy,and then explores the status quo of digital village construction in Bengbu City and the problems it faces,and finally puts forward the optimization path of digital rural construction in Bengbu City from four aspects:promoting the upgrading of agricultural industrial structure,increasing financial investment,strengthening the support of information talents,and continuing to improve the modernization level of rural governance,in order to help Bengbu digital rural construction to a new step,so as to speed up the process of agricultural and rural modernization.
