摘要
目的:探讨两种血液净化方式联合肾康注射液改善CRF肾功能不全、营养及肾纤维化状态的疗效分析。方法:选取150例慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为2组(各75例),研究组在应用常规血液透析加血液灌流同时过程中给予肾康注射液治疗,而对照组仅给予常规血液透析治疗。治疗后3月后,分析两组患者临床疗效、营养状态及肾脏相关血清指标的变化差异情况。结果:治疗后,研究组的总有效率85.3%显著高于对照组66.7%,有统计学差异;治疗后,两组患者组血清Scr及BUN水平比较均无显著差异;研究组患者血清PTH、β2-MG、IS、PCS及MMS水平均显著低于对照组,而血清Hb及EPO水平均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义;治疗前,两组患者的MQSGA及MIS评分无统计学差异;而治疗后,两组患者的MQSGA和MIS评分均降低,且研究组显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义;治疗后,研究组血清CTGF、TGF-β1及FGF-2的含量均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:两种血液净化方式联合肾康注射液可有效改善CRF患者的肾功能不全、营养及肾纤维化状态,同时可显著提高患者的临床疗效。
Objective To study effect of shenkang injection combined with two hemopurification ways in patients with chronic renal failure on renal function,nutrition and renal fibrosis.Methods A total of 150 patients with chronic renal failure who received hemodialysis treatment in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the study group received Shenkang injection treatment in the process of dialysis(HD+HP),but the control group only received conventional HD treatment.3 months after treatment,then the two groups were compared in terms of the clinical effect、nutrition and renal correlation serum indexes.Results The clinical effect in study group were higher than the control group;3 months after treatment,the serum PTH、β2-MG、IS、PCS and MMS levels in study group were lower than the control group,but the serum Hb and EPO levels in study group were higher than the control group;the MQSGA and MIS scores in study group were lower than the control group;the serum CTGF、TGF-β1 and FGF-2 levels in study group were lower than the control group.Conclusion Shenkang injection combined with two hemopurification ways in patients with chronic renal failure helps to improve renal function,nutritional status and reduce the synthesis of inflammation and renal interstitial fibrosis-related cytokines,thus it is worthy of cinical promotion.
