摘要
目的探讨阿加曲班联合阿司匹林治疗对急性缺血性脑卒中患者凝血功能、炎症介质及神经功能的影响。方法选取2018年6月~2020年10月就诊的116例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,观察组56例,对照组60例。对照组采用阿司匹林治疗,基于此,观察组联合阿加曲班治疗。比较两组治疗前及2周后凝血指标、C反应蛋白(CRP)及神经功能缺损评分,并观察两组不良反应情况。结果治疗后,两组APTT高于治疗前,FIB、PT低于治疗前,观察组APTT高于对照组,FIB、PT低于对照组(P<0.05);两组CRP均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组NIHSS评分低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间未出现明显不良反应。结论急性缺血性脑卒中患者采用阿加曲班联合阿司匹林治疗方案,可有效降低炎症反应,增强抗血小板聚集效果,促进脑血流的改善,利于患者预后。
Objective To investigate the effect of argatroban combined with aspirin treatment on coagulation function,inflammatory mediators and nerve function in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 130 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin.Based on this,the observation group was treated with argatroban.The coagulation indexes,inflammatory mediator C-reactive protein(CRP)and neurological deficit scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,APTT of the two groups was higher than those before treatment,FIB and PT were lower than those before treatment.APTT of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,FIB,PT were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,CRP of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of acute ischemic stroke patients with argatroban combined with aspirin can effectively reduce inflammation,enhance the effect of anti-platelet aggregation,and promote the improvement of cerebral blood flow,which is beneficial to the prognosis of patients and has high clinical application value.
