摘要
地方院校在教学理念、师资队伍、教学资源、制度保障等相对都比较薄弱的情况下,秉持资源共享、可操作性、可持续性的原则,结合校内外实践教学资源,构建大学四年教师与学生组成团队式的系统化、多平台、模块化、具有深度和广度的实践教学体系,在实践教学软硬件共同作用下,实践质量评价体系,管理运行机制保障下,实现对学生具有创新意识和创新精神、能够适应地方经济建设和社会发展需要、富有爱国情怀、社会责任感、实干精神、国际视野的复合型、应用型、创新型、国际化高素质人才的培养。
Under the relatively weak teaching concept,teaching staff,teaching resources and system guarantee,local colleges and universities adhere to the principles of resource sharing,Operability and sustainability,and combine the practical teaching resources inside and outside the school,construction of four-year,teachers and students to form a team-style systematic,multi-platform,modular,with depth and breadth of practice teaching system,in the practice of teaching hardware and software,practice quality evaluation system,under the Safeguard of management and operation mechanism,to achieve the students with innovative awareness and spirit,able to adapt to local economic construction and social development needs,patriotic feelings,a sense of social responsibility,practical spirit,international vision of the complex type,application-oriented,innovative,international high-quality personnel.
