摘要
"汤液经法图"是以五脏虚实和五味补泻为核心的辨证论治体系,其最为独特之处在于五味之间的化合关系,包括酸辛化甘,苦咸化酸,辛甘化苦,咸酸化辛,甘苦化咸。本研究采用2种不同的数学方法,论证这种化合规律的特定唯一性,解释酸辛化甘而不化苦的疑惑。其一,采用二维矩阵作为五味化合关系的数学表达,通过穷举法寻找满足基本条件的其他矩阵,证明其唯一性。其二,借鉴图论"一笔画"原理,通过寻找具有五行属性关系的五角星图形的"一笔画"途经并分析其相邻顶点的排列顺序,证明五味化合规律的唯一性。综上,对五味化合理论蕴含的五行属性关系进行数学阐释,为"汤液经法图"在中药组方配伍原理研究领域的应用提供学术支持。
Tang-Ye-Jing-Fa Map is a syndrome differentiation and treatment system based on the deficiency and excess of the zang-fu organs and the invigorating and debilitating effects of the five flavors.The most unique feature is the transformative relationship between the five flavors,including sour and pungent transforming into sweet,bitter and salty transforming into sour,pungent and sweet transforming into bitter,salty and sour transforming into pungent,and sweet and bitter transforming into salty.In this study,2 different mathematical methods are used to argue for the specific uniqueness of this transformation law and to explain the confusion that sour and pungent transform into sweet but not into bitter.Firstly,the two-dimensional matrix was used as the mathematical expression of the rules in five flavor transformation relationship,and other matrices satisfying the basic conditions were found by exhaustive method to prove its uniqueness.Secondly,according to the principle of"drawing on one stroke"in graph theory,the uniqueness of the law of five flavor transformation was proved by finding the way of"one stroke"of pentagram with five element attribute relationship and analyzing the arrangement order of its adjacent vertices.To sum up,the mathematical interpretation of the five elements attribute relationship contained in the theory of five flavors transformation provided academic support for the application of"Tang-Ye-Jing-Fa Map"in the research field of compatibility principle of traditional Chinese medicine.
