摘要
角药是在辨证论治的前提下,以四气五味、升降浮沉、七情等为配伍原则,由3味中药配伍组合而成,具有三足鼎立、互为犄角之势。对经方中的黄芩“角药”的配伍进行梳理分析,详细阐述经方中含黄芩角药的配伍规律,以拓展和丰富经方的用药思路。
“Corner medicine”is an organic combination of three Chinese medicines that have interrelated effects.It is based on the premise of syndrome differentiation and treatment,playing an important role of“three legs standing up,each other being a corner”.In this paper,the compatibility of Scutellaria(Radix Scutellariae)“corner medicine”in classical prescriptions was analyzed and the compatibility mechanism and clinical application scope of Scutellaria(Radix Scutellariae)in classical prescriptions were elaborated,so as to further expand the medication ideas and methods of classical prescriptions.
