摘要
《辅行诀五脏用药法要》是梁·陶弘景所著的中医方书,由民间中医张大昌于20世纪70年代捐赠于中国中医科学院后,经王雪苔、钱超尘等专家的抢救式整理并公开的遗书,目前所见均为手抄本。《辅行诀五脏用药法要》转引了已遗汉代之前方书《汤液经法》的诸多内容,并附有一张关键原理图,即"汤液经法图"。该图在脏腑虚实理论框架下,描述了脏腑虚实辨证,以及由辛、咸、甘、酸、苦五味配伍及五味合化配伍而进行组方治疗的原理,又称为"五味补泻体用图"。全图结构工整对称,搭配巧妙,其逻辑性和严谨性强于《黄帝内经》"藏气法时论"记载的相关内容,能够基本准确地解释《辅行诀五脏用药法要》中所载大小补泻诸方和《处方正范》中所载十二神方的配伍原理,并且与张仲景《伤寒杂病论》的经方具有密切联系。本文介绍"汤液经法图"的历史渊源与来历,详细剖析其组成结构和内涵,并以大小补泻诸方和十二神方为例,分析其组方配伍的应用方式,为开展"汤液经法图"的全面研究与复原奠定基础。
Fu Xingjue is a lost book of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)prescription written by Tao Hongjing of Liang dynasty.After being donated to the China academy of Chinese medical sciences in the 1970 s by zhang dachang,a TCM folk doctor,it was salvaged and published by experts such as Wang Xuetai and Qian Chaochen.All versions at present is the manuscript.Fu Xingjue referred to many contents of the Tang Ye Jing Fa written before the Han dynasty,and is accompanied by a key schematic diagram,that is,the"Tang-Ye-Jing-Fa Map".Under the framework of the Zang-Fu Xu-Shi theory,the"Tang-Ye-Jing-Fa Map"described the composition principle of TCM and the treatment methodology based on the Five Wei theory including Pungent,Salty,Sweet,Sour,Bitter and their cooperation according to the syndrome differentiation.It is also called the diagram of five Wei filling and purging body.The stmcture of the whole diagram is neat and symmetrical.Its logic and rigor are better than the relevant contents recorded in the"theory on the method of storing qi"in the Huang Di Nei Jing.The formula in Fu Xingjue and the twelve prescriptions in Chu Fang Zheng Fan were able to explained accurately by this diagram,which is also closely related with Shang Han Za Bing Lun of Zhang Zhongjing.This paper introduced the historical origin and composition structure of the"Tang-Ye-Jing-Fa Map",analyzed its application mode by taking the formula in Fu Xingjue and the twelve prescriptions in Chu Fang Zheng Fan as an example,laying a foundation for the comprehensive research and recovery.
