摘要
某发电厂汽机房牛腿使用过程中产生不同程度的开裂,通过现场查勘,总结描述了牛腿损伤程度及裂缝形态。现场采用无损检测技术,对牛腿几何尺寸、钢筋配置、外边缘钢筋保护层厚度、混凝土表面碳化深度及抗压强度、混凝土内部缺陷、裂缝深度及立柱倾斜情况进行详细检测,按国家规范对牛腿进行构造核查和承载力验算,并根据现场使用情况对牛腿受力情况进行理论分析,分析牛腿开裂的主要原因。根据牛腿受损情况,提出满足牛腿安全性和使用功能的加固处理方法。
A certain degree of cracking occurred during the use of corbel in the steam engine room of a power plant. Through on-site investigation, the damage degree and crack shape of corbel are summarized and described. Non-destructive testing technology is used on site to carry out detailed inspections on the geometric dimensions of the corbels, the configuration of the steel bars, the thickness of the outer edge steel protection layer, the carbonization depth and compressive strength of the concrete surface, the internal defects of the concrete, the depth of the cracks and the inclination of the column. The corbel is structurally checked and the bearing capacity is checked. According to the on-site use, the theoretical analysis of the corbel’s stress is carried out to analyze the main reasons for the crack of the corbel. According to the damaged condition of the corbel, a reinforcement treatment method that meets the safety and use function of the corbel is proposed.
