摘要
某水电站为河床式径流电站,运行10年后发现厂房部分支撑楼层的托座出现裂缝。通过检测和计算复核,确定裂缝为非结构性裂缝,托座结构未受破坏,对厂房的整体结构安全性没有影响。基于此,对裂缝进行了研究,找出产生裂缝的成因,进行了力学分析,并提出对裂缝的处理措施,以供类似工程借鉴。
A hydropower station was a riverbed runoff power plant. After running for ten years, cracks were found on corbels of some supporting floors of the powerhouse. Through checking and calculation reviewing, it is determined that the cracks are non-structural cracks, and the structure of the corbel is not damaged, which has no effect on the overall structural safety of the workshop. In this paper, we studied and found the causes of cracks, carried out mechanical analysis, and proposed treatment measures, which can be used for reference by similar projects.
