摘要
装配式建筑中挤压成型的轻质隔墙具有质轻、保温、隔热、防火、节能、价格低廉等优点,但易出现裂缝,大多为纵向裂缝。坪山高新区综合服务中心工程中使用的轻质隔墙罕见地出现了横向裂缝,深入分析了该工程轻质隔墙横向裂缝产生的原因,认为双层墙板内外表面湿度差引起的收缩应力差是主要因素,并提出相应的解决措施。
With the vigorous promotion of assembled buildings and the continuous renewal of wall materials,various types of non-load-bearing partition panels have appeared. Among them,light-weight partition board is very popular in partition system for advantages of light weight,heat preservation,heat insulation,fire prevention,energy saving and low price. However,due to imperfect standards and irregular construction,light-weight partition board is prone to cracks,most of which are longitudinal cracks. While transverse cracks occurs in Pingshan High-tech Integrated Service Center Project. In order to avoid further occurrence of transverse cracks and to provide reference for other projects,the paper analyses the causes of transverse cracks in light-weight partition board of this project,and puts forward corresponding solutions.
