摘要
针对棉织物传统冷堆漂白工艺中双氧水无效分解过多、织物强力损伤较大等问题,研究了一种新型复合冷堆氧漂体系。确定的优化漂白工艺为:30%H2O2105 g/L,NaOH 20 g/L,低温催化剂EA 10 g/L,协同增效剂MS-310 g/L,复合氧漂稳定剂T130740 g/L,渗透剂D-5215 g/L,25℃堆置24 h。结果表明,新型冷堆漂白织物具有低强力损伤、高白度和良好的润湿性能,白度可达80.75,断裂强力损伤仅3.72%,各项性能均优于传统冷堆漂白织物。
In view of the problems of excessive decomposition of hydrogen peroxide and great strength dam⁃age of fabric in traditional cold batch bleaching process of cotton fabric,a new compound oxygen bleaching sys⁃tem is developed.The optimized bleaching process is 30%H2O2105 g/L,NaOH 20 g/L,low temperature catalyst EA 10 g/L,synergist MS-310 g/L,compound oxygen bleaching stabilizer T130740 g/L,penetrant D-5215 g/L,batching up at 25℃ for 24 h.The results show that the fabric pretreated with new cold batch bleaching pro⁃cess has lower strength damage,higher whiteness and good wetting performance,with the whiteness up to 80.75 and only 3.72%of the breaking strength damage.All the properties of the fabric with new process are bet⁃ter than those with the traditional process.
