基于矿石二次污染的原因及应对措施研究

摘要 白度和黄度是衡量重质碳酸钙粉体产品的两项重要指标,同时具备高白度和低黄度的原材料是生产中高端产品的必备条件。本次研究矿山的探矿成果显示该矿床高白度低黄度矿石占比约25%,但实际产出比例却不足15%,与此同时,高白度高黄度矿石却有大量产出。本次研究从爆破开采至矿石运到粉体加工厂,在每个关键环节取样测试,通过将多次取样化验结果统计对比,结合实地观察,认为外界对原矿的二次污染是造成该矿矿石黄度增加、品级下降的主要原因。从而为今后工作提出改进建议。 Whiteness and yellowness are two important indexes of heavy calcium carbonate powder products,and raw materials with high whiteness and low yellowness are necessary for the production of high-end products.The exploration results show that the ore with high whiteness and low yellowness accounts for about 25%,but the actual output proportion is less than 15%.At the same time,the ore with high whiteness and high yellowness is produced in large quantities.In this study,from blasting mining to ore transportation to powder processing plant,samples were taken at each key link for testing.Through statistical comparison of multiple sampling test results and combined with field observation,it is considered that the secondary pollution of raw ore from outside is the main reason for the increase of yellowness and grade decline of ore.So as to put forward improvement suggestions for future work.
