摘要
创新创业教育是中国当代高等教育改革发展重大课题,而学生创新创业能力的培养是教学改革的重点内容。以培养学生创业意识、创新精神和创新创业能力为目标,以"学实,练实,创实"为创新创业教育理念,形成"求实创新、敢闯会创"的双创教育文化,搭建多层次、立体化、开放性创新创业实践平台,将创新创业教育融入学生培养的全过程,构建食品专业"一制三合"创新创业人才培养体系,探索出适合食品科学与工程类专业创新创业人才培养的新思路、新方法和新手段,不断完善大学生创新创业知识体系,调动大学生的创新创业激情,强化创新创业意识与能力。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a major issue in the reform and development of contemporary higher education in China,and the cultivation of students of ability to innovate and entrepreneurship has been the focus of teaching reform.Aim at cultivating students of entrepreneurial consciousness,innovative spirit and ability to innovate and start a business,and take"learning,practicing,and creating"as the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Establish a multi-level,three-dimensional;Open innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform;Integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into the entire process of student cultivation;Establish a"one system,three in one"innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation system for food specialty;Explore suitable food science and engineering new ideas,new methods and new methods for the cultivation of professional innovative and entrepreneurial talents;Continue to improve the knowledge system of university students’innovation and entrepreneurship;Mobilize the passion for innovation and entrepreneurship,and strengthen the awareness and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.
