摘要
近年来,随着信息传播媒体的增多和参与用户的指数变化,虚假信息已然成为现代信息治理的一个重要挑战。特别是在新冠肺炎疫情期间,各类有关疫情的虚假信息满天飞,而作为信息素养教育的重要主体——图书馆,也面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇。文章首先分析了图书馆在当前虚假信息治理体系中的功能与定位。其次,通过借助网络调研与内容分析等方法,深入分析了国内外图书馆参与虚假信息治理的实践现状。最后,通过对国内外图书馆参与的重视程度、跨机构协作程度和参与力度综合对比和分析,分别从认识层面、方法层面和实践层面三维角度提出了对应的优化策略,以为进一步加强国内图书馆在参与虚假信息治理过程中的社会价值和社会影响力提供有效的建议与参考。
In recent years,with the increase of information media and the change of users,misinformation has become an important challenge of modern information governance.Especially during the COVID-19 period,all kinds of misinformation about the COVID-19 are flying all over the world.As an important subject of information literacy education,libraries are also facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.Firstly,this paper clarifies the important role of the library in misinformation governance system.Secondly,with the help of network research and content analysis,this paper deeply analyzes the practice status of domestic and foreign libraries participating in misinformation governance.Finally,through the comprehensive comparison and analysis of the degree of attention,cross-agency cooperation and participation of domestic and foreign libraries,this paper puts forward corresponding optimization strategies from the cognitive level,the method level and the practice level,which provides effective suggestions and reference for further strengthening the social value and social influence of domestic libraries participating in misinformation governance.
