摘要
目的分析以问题为导向教学法(PBL)与循证医学(EBM)结合应用在康复科临床实习中的效果。方法选取2021级、2022级康复科实习学生(n=20)作为观察组,实施EBM结合PBL教学,2019级康复科学生(n=20)作为对照组,实施常规教学法。对比干预后两组学生对带教工作满意度、理论知识掌握度评分及技能考核评分。结果干预后,观察组学生对带教工作满意度中的自身价值得到发挥、教学有助于自身水平得到提升、授课形式灵活创新、课程内容全面体现专科特色、课程设置安排合理评分分别为(8.27±0.83)分、(9.36±0.26)分、(9.73±0.33)分、(8.97±0.26)分、(9.34±0.35)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各项理论知识掌握度评分以及各项技能考核评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复可临床实习中采取EBM与PBL教学法相结合的方式可有效提升学生对于带教工作满意度,提高理论知识掌握度及操作技能。
Objective To analyze the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)and evidence-based medicine(EBM)in the clinical practice of rehabilitation.Methods Rehabilitation practice students(n=20)from class 2021,class 2022 were selected as the observation group to implement EBM combined with PBL teaching,and rehabilitation science students from class 2019(n=20)were selected as the control group to implement the conventional teaching method.After the intervention,the two groups of students were compared on the satisfaction of teaching work,the score of theoretical knowledge mastery and the score of skill assessment.Results After the intervention,the students in the observation group scored(8.27±0.83)points,(9.36±0.26)points,(9.73±0.33)points,(8.97±0.26)points and(9.34±0.35)points,respectively in their satisfaction with teaching,teaching that helps to improve their level,flexible and innovative teaching forms,course content that fully reflects specialty characteristics,and reasonable course arrangement score were higher than that of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge mastery and skill test were higher than those of control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of EBM and PBL teaching method in clinical practice can effectively improve students'satisfaction with teaching work,improve theoretical knowledge mastery and operational skills.
