摘要
本文利用2005—2015年省际行业面板数据进行了实证检验,并通过中介效应模型分析了高技术产业集聚促进区域低碳发展的内在作用机制。研究发现高技术产业集聚发展既通过规模经济效应和TFP效应提升能源利用效率从而提升碳生产率,又通过前向与后向关联机制实现知识溢出效应,驱动中低产业实现技术创新水平提升,带动区域碳生产率和低碳发展水平的跃升。异质性分析表明东部地区高技术产业集聚、计算机及办公设备制造业知识溢出效应对碳生产率的提升和作用机制更加明显。上述结论意味着,应当注重推进高技术产业与传统中、低技术产业深度融合,以发挥知识外溢效应,推动区域经济低碳转型发展。
This paper uses inter-provincial industry panel data from 2005 to 2015 to conduct empirical tests,and analyzes the internal mechanism of high-tech industry agglomeration to promote regional low-carbon development through an intermediary effect model.The study finds that the agglomeration and development of high-tech industries not only improve energy utilization efficiency through economies of scale and TFP effects to increase carbon productivity,but also achieve knowledge spillover effects through forward and backward linkage mechanisms,drive low-and medium-sized industries to achieve technological innovation levels,and promote a leap in regional carbon productivity and low-carbon development.The analysis of heterogeneity shows that the agglomeration of high-tech industries and the knowledge spillover effect of computer and office equipment manufacturing industries in the eastern region have more obvious effects on the improvement of carbon productivity and the mechanism of action.The above conclusion means that we should focus on promoting the deep integration of high-tech industries with traditional medium and low-tech industries in order to exert knowledge spillover effects and promote the development of low-carbon transformation of the regional economy.
