摘要
[目的/意义]本文借助区块链技术应用视角,以建构有“双一流”的学科评估区块链为研究对象,从技术层面和内涵层面对传统学科评估体系进行重构。[方法过程]通过搭建校内私有链和机构间的公有链一方面可改进数据共享、协同效率、业务流程等亟需解决的问题,另一方面也从构建中国学术成果平台、创建诚信体系等维度强化“双一流”学科评估体系的建立。[结果/结论]目前区块链应用于图书情报领域的实践还不是很成熟,但是基于区块链技术打造高校“双一流”学科评估平台将是一次有益的尝试,将对实现高校学科评估的转型升级提供有益参考。
[Purpose/Significance]Based on the perspective of blockchain technology applications,this paper takes the construction of subject evaluation blockchain with Chinese characteristics as the research object,and reconstructs the traditional subject evaluation system from the perspective of technology and content.[Method/Process]On the one hand,it can improve data sharing,collaborative efficiency,and business process by building the private chain within a university and the public chain between institutions.On the other hand,it can also strengthen the establishment of the disciplinary evaluation system with Chinese characteristics from the perspectives of building the Chinese academic achievement platform and establishing the integrity system.[Results/Conclusions]At present,the application of blockchain in the field of library and information science(LIS)is not mature,but it will be a useful attempt to build a"double first-class"subject evaluation platform based on the blockchain technology in order to provide useful reference for the transformation and upgrading of subject evaluation in colleges and universities.
