摘要
我国一年两熟小麦玉米轮作区推行保护性耕作,但秸秆覆盖量大、土壤休闲期短的现状对免耕播种机提出了更高的要求。防堵技术作为制约免耕播种机作业发展的主要技术瓶颈之一,已经成为急需解决的关键问题。为此,从免耕播种机的作业对象-秸秆的基本特性入手,讨论了免耕播种机防堵关键理论与技术,分析了国内外免耕播种机的主要机型和技术特点,并总结了我国免耕播种机防堵技术发展存在的问题及对策,以期为免耕播种技术发展提供参考。
Conservative tillage is adopted widely in the wheat-maize rotation area of China. However, no-tillage planter is extremely expected due to the heavy straw cover and short soil leisure period. As one of the main technical bottlenecks restricting the development of no-tillage planter, the anti-blocking technology has become the key problem that needs to be solved recently. This paper starts from the basic properties of straw, then discusses the anti-blocking theory and technology of no-tillage planter, later analyzes the main machine type and technical characteristics of no-tillage planters at home and abroad, finally proposes the existing problems and solutions of anti-blocking technology in no-tillage planters, hopes to provide references for the studies on no-tillage planting.
