摘要
地轮作为播种机排种装置的驱动机构,其滑移率的大小直接影响到播种精度。在免耕播种作业地表覆盖大量秸秆的情况下,地轮的滑移率不可避免。为此,设计了一种新型的地轮结构,采用啮合的方式来增加地轮机构的抓地力以减小打滑,并且还可以根据播种机工作状态的不同来调节啮合位置。通过在室内土槽进行试验对比,结果表明该地轮结构的滑移率优于其他地轮。
The ground wheel is the driving mechanism of the seed metering device and its sliding directly affects the precision of the sowing.The sliding was unavoidable when the field is covered with much crop residue on occasion of conservation tillage.A new ground using the way of meshing to enhance the force catching the ground was designed in this paper to reduce ths sliding.what's more,the meshing position can be changed according to the working condition of the planter.From the results of experiments,it could be showed that the sliding was less than other wheels used in this paper.
