Objective: To explore the influence of family-centered intervention model on the dynamic Griffiths development scale(GDS), Fugl-Meyer rating scale(FMA) scores of children with cerebral palsy and the psychological stress of parents. Methods: The clinical data of 79 children with cerebral palsy treated in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. 39 children who underwent conventional intervention mode were included in the control group, and 40 patients who underwent family-centered intervention mode were included in the observation group. The GDS, FMA scores and the improvement of parents’ psychological stress were compared between the two groups before and 6 months after intervention. Results: The GDS and FMA scores of the two groups increased after intervention, and the GDS and FMA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The HAMD and HAMA scores of the two groups decreased after intervention, and the scores of HAMD and HAMA of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The family-centered intervention model for children with cerebral palsy has a significant effect, which can help improve GDS and FMA scores and reduce the psychological pressure of parents.
