摘要
目的:探究PDCA循环管理对手术室患者压疮护理质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月实施手术治疗的患者120例,按入院先后顺序分为两组,各60例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组在常规护理基础上加用PDCA循环护理管理。比较两组患者压疮发生率、压疮护理质量各项评分及护理满意度。结果:观察组压疮发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项压疮护理相关指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环管理能够降低手术室患者压疮发生率,提升压疮护理管理质量,患者满意度高。
Objective:To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management on nursing quality of patients with pressure ulcer in operating room.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,120 patients with surgical treatment were selected.According to the order of admission,they were divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given PDCA cycle nursing management on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the two groups of patients with pressure ulcer incidence,pressure ulcer nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction.Results:In the observation group,the incidence of pressure ulcer was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of pressure ulcer nursing related indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA cycle management can reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer in operating room patients,improve the quality of pressure ulcer nursing management,and improve patient satisfaction.
