摘要
本文通过对郑州商学院会计学院2114名学生的实习意愿的调查发现:郑州商学院会计专业毕业生普遍缺乏职业实践能力,主要原因为校企合作深度不够、实习组织管理和师资队伍建设不完善、会计专业实习岗位不足。就此问题的存在,本文提出了具体改进措施。
Through a survey of the internship willingness of 2114 students from the Accounting School of Zhengzhou Business University,it's found that:accounting graduates of Zhengzhou Business University generally lack professional practical ability,mainly due to the insufficient cooperation between school and enterprise,imperfect internship organization management and teaching staff construction and insufficient practice posts for accounting major.Regarding the above mentioned problems,this article proposes specific improvement measures.
