摘要
顶岗支教实习是教育实习的重要形式之一,能更好地培养师范生的综合实践能力,缓解地方师资力量短缺的问题,受到了社会的广泛关注和教育部的高度重视,在越来越多的高等师范院校中得到推广。该文向2019年肇庆学院顶岗支教实习的师范生发放问卷并开展访谈,调查其实习现状,通过统计软件SPSS进行数据处理和回归分析,调查影响师范生顶岗支教实习意愿的主要因素,针对回归分析的结果给出相关建议。
As an important form of educational practice,in-post teaching practice can cultivate the comprehensive practical ability of normal students and alleviate the shortage of primary and secondary school teachers in remote and rural areas.More and more normal colleges have adopted the form of in-post teaching practice.In this paper,a questionnaire was sent out to the normal students in Zhaoqing University to investigate the status of their practice.Data processing and regression analysis were conducted by SPSS,and the main factors influencing the willingness of in-post teaching practice were investigated.Based on the results of the regression analysis,relevant suggestions were given.
