摘要
实习是实践教学环节的重要组成部分,可以培养学生初步的实际工作能力和专业操作技能,为其就业奠定良好的基础。文章根据烟台南山学院校企一体办学特色,通过结合人才培养方案做好实习安排、建立实习基地、加强实习运行管理等方式提高学生实践能力;通过构建创新创业教育体系,加强专业教育和企业文化教育,提高学生就业能力,建立健全毕业生跟踪反馈机制,提高就业率。
Internship is an important component of practical teaching,which can cultivate students’preliminary practical work abilities and professional operational skills,laying a good foundation for their employment.Based on the characteristics of the integration of production and education in Yantai Nanshan University,this article aims to improve students’practical abilities by combining talent training programs,arranging internships,establishing internship bases,and strengthening internship operation management;through building an innovation and entrepreneurship education system,it aims to strengthen professional education and corporate culture education,improve students’employability,establish a sound mechanism for tracking and feedback on graduates,and increase employment rates.
