摘要
通过对2017年来辽宁省本级及省内各市工匠评选、政策体系的系统调研,对工匠典型进行座谈走访,并结合全国第四次经济普查数据开展了对比研究,系统梳理了省内工匠评选政策、激励体系,深入分析产业工人队伍结构现状、行业特征,研究各级各类工匠的行业、地区和职业分布特征,对照国内关于工匠精神描述框架等研究成果,分析工匠精神培育、工匠队伍建设现状和问题,并提出了对策建议。
Through a systematic survey on the craftsmen selection and policy system at the level of Liaoning Province and the cities within the province since 2017,a series of follow-up visits to typical craftsmen,and the comparative study based on the data of the Fourth National Economic Census,the paper sorts out the craftsmen selection policies and incentive systems in the province.It analyzes the status quo of the industrial workforce structure and industry characteristics,and researches the distribution characteristics of industries,regions and occupations of craftsmen at different levels and of different types.Based on the domestic research results on the description of the craftsmanship spirit,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of craftsmanship spirit cultivation and craftsman team building,and proposes several feasible suggestions.
