摘要
中国的劳模现象和劳动模范迄今已有七十多年的历史。它孕育成长在革命战争时期,发展壮大于新中国成立初期,与时俱进于改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期。中国劳模的产生发展过程及其不同历史时期的特征与作用启示我们,必须科学选树劳模,充分发挥劳模作用;健全完善劳模工作运行机制,推动劳模队伍可持续发展;不断丰富发展劳模精神的内涵,使劳模文化得以传承光大。
Chinese labor model phenomenon and the labor model had more than 70 years history until now. It bred in the revolutionary war time, grew strongly in the new Chinese establishment initial period, kept pace with the times in the reform and open policy and the socialist modemization new time. The developing process of Chinese labor model and the different historical period＇s characteristic and the function inspire us： we must elect the labor model scientifically, display the effect of labor model fully, consummate the operational mecha- nism of labor model work perfectly, promote labor model troop development sustainably; develop the spirit of labor model unceasingly, enable the culture of labor model to inherit brilliantly.
