摘要
社会学及民族学是西方“泊来”的产物,在早期中国社会学的成长中离不开留洋学生开拓式的贡献。与在早期中国社会学发展中占主体的留美社会学人相比,作为“旁门”的留学欧洲尤其是英法的社会学人一样为这门学科的“东渡”作出了杰出的贡献。本文以留学法国里昂中法大学的社会学家、民族学家杨堃为个案,通过查证杨堃在法求学时留存于里昂市立图书馆中法大学档案库的相关史料,追溯其留法生活,探寻其学术轨迹,并结合其早期的翻译及研究成果,从语言能力、学术旨趣、学科积淀、批评意识等方面揭示了留法经历对于杨堃学术之路的深远影响。
Since sociology and ethnology in China are deeply influenced by the West,in their early phase of development and construction;the pioneering contributions of overseas students were inseparable.Compared with the sociologists who studied in the UnitedStates and dominated the development of sociology in China,those whostudied in Europe,especially inBritain and France,also made outstanding contributions to these subjects.Based on historical documents concerning Yang Kun,a foregoer of sociology and ethnology,in his schooling found in the Municipal Library of Lyon,this article try to retrospect his life in France and point out his academic path.Combined with his early translation and research results,this article reveals the further influence of his experience in France on Yang Kun from the aspects of language ability,academic interest,academic accumulation and critical consciousness.
