摘要
                
                    太阳能电池背板是光伏组件的重要组成部分,起保护和支撑作用,对于电池长期可靠工作具有保障意义。聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)具有出色的耐腐蚀、水汽阻隔性和耐老化性能,正逐步替代聚氟乙烯(PVF),成为新一代背板用氟树脂材料。本文重点从改善亲水性、机械性能、相形貌和抗紫外线能力几方面综述了对PVDF改性的原因、方法及相关结果,最后总结了背板材料的发展现状及趋势。
                
                Solar backsheet is one essential component of solar cell modules,because it protects the modules from erosion,and thus the solar backsheet can assist the long-time and reliable operation of the solar cell modules.Poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF)has excellent chemical resistance,moisture isolation,and resistance to aging,so it is growing to replace the conventional PVF to be a new generation of fluorocarbon resin for solar backsheet application.To gain more desirable properties,it is necessary to chemically or physically modify PVDF.This review summarizes the reasons,methods,and results of modifications on PVDF from aspects of hydrophilicity,mechanical strength,crystalline morphology,and absorption of UV radiation.Finally,the current status and future directions for PVDF modification are proposed.
