摘要
光伏组件背板是一种用于太阳能电池组件的封装材料,位于太阳能光伏组件的背面,主要的作用是阻隔空气、阻隔水汽、阻隔紫外线等,从而使得太阳能组件寿命达到25年以上的质保要求。本文主要以有机高分子背板材料为例,对目前市场上的材料从结构、生产工艺、技术特点等方面进行分析,建议在背板选型时可根据不同的应用环境,从耐老化性能、PET紫外光降解及PET厚度三个方面进行综合考虑。
Photovoltaic module backsheet is a packaging material for solar cell modules.It is located on the back of solar photovoltaic modules.Its main function is to block air,water vapor,and ultraviolet rays,etc.,therefore,the life of the solar module can meet the quality assurance requirements of more than 25 years.This article mainly takes the organic polymer backsheet material as an example to analyze the structure,production process and technical characteristics of the materials currently on the market.It is recommended that when selecting backsheet models according to different application environments,the three aspects of aging resistance,PET UV degradation and PET thickness can be comprehensively considered.
