摘要
鼠伤寒沙门菌是一种常见的沙门菌,是我国腹泻病例中最常见的感染之一,主要通过食物、病人、污水和无症状带菌者使人感染该菌,通常由疾控中心对腹泻病例样本进行确证检测。本综述主要介绍了鼠伤寒沙门菌检测方法,包括日常检测工作中的常规鉴定方法和前沿检测技术,以期对鼠伤寒沙门菌的日常监测、快检和确证检测提供理论依据,为腹泻病应急事件的快检奠定基础。
Salmonella typhimurium is a kind of common Salmonella,which is one of the most common infections in diarrhea cases in China.People are mainly infected by food,patients,contaminated water and asymptomatic carriers,and diarrhea cases are generally confirmed by the CDC.This review introduces the detection methods of Salmonella typhimurium.By introducing the current routine identification methods and the latest detection methods,it aims to provide theoretical basis for the daily monitoring,rapid detection and confirmatory detection,and lay the foundations for the rapid detection of diarrhoeal disease emergency events.
