摘要
circRNA作为ceRNA中的一员,能够竞争性结合microRNA(miRNA),解除miRNA对目标mRNA的抑制作用,进而调控肿瘤的发生发展。化疗是肿瘤治疗的重要手段之一,尤其对于晚期恶性肿瘤,化疗具有至关重要的地位。然而大多数肿瘤在化疗过程中不可避免的出现耐药,这严重影响了肿瘤的治疗效果和患者的预后,攻克肿瘤耐药迫在眉睫。越来越多研究发现circRNAs能够调控肿瘤耐药。为了更好的了解circRNAs在化疗耐药方面的作用,下面就有关circRNAs在肿瘤耐药方面的研究进行归纳总结,希望能为攻克肿瘤耐药提供新的思路和研究方向,使更多肿瘤患者能够从中获益。
circRNA,as a member of ceRNA,can competitively combine with microRNA(miRNA)and remove the inhibition of miRNA on target mRNA,which plays an important regulatory role in the occurrence and development of carcinoma.Chemotherapy is one of the important means of cancer treatment,in particularly,chemotherapy plays a vital role in advanced malignant tumors.However,chemoresistance is inevitable in most carcinoma during chemotherapy,which seriously affects the therapeutic effect and prognosis.Therefore,it is urgent to conquer chemoresistance of cancer.There are increasing studies that circRNAs can regulate carcinoma chemoreisetance.In order to better understand the function of circRNAs in chemotherapy resistance,the following is a summarization of the research about circRNAs in tumor drug resistance,and to provide new ideas and research directions for overcoming tumor drug resistance,so that more cancer patients can benefit from it.
