摘要
教师自我意识是教师“主体我”对教师“客体我”的意识。教师自我意识形成于教师与自然、教师与社会、教师与他人、教师与自身对象性关系以及由此形成的对象性活动的基础之上。研究运用WAI技法对江苏省16位特级教师的自我意识进行调查,发现悦纳自我是特级教师自我意识的核心特征,专业认同是特级教师自我意识的显著标志,人格完善是特级教师自我意识的发展愿景,道德修养是特级教师自我意识的敏感内容,文化传承是特级教师自我意识的发展方向。
Teacher self-consciousness is the consciousness of the teacher’s“subjective self”to the teacher’s“objective self”.Teacher’s self-consciousness is formed on the basis of the object relationship between teachers and nature,teachers and society,teachers and others,teachers and themselves as well as the object activities formed therefrom.By means of WAI technique,this research has investigated self-consciousness of 16 special-grade senior teachers in Jiangsu province.It has found that self-acceptance is the core feature of these teachers’self-consciousness,professional identity is its obvious symbol,perfection with personality is its development vision,moral accomplishment is its sensitive content,and cultural heritage is its development direction.
