摘要
近年来,教师愿景问题受到越来越多的教师教育研究者的关注,并且成为实证研究的重要主题。所谓教师愿景是教师关于理想工作实践的图景,其内容与教师日常工作紧密相连,并植根于教师理想和信念,体现了教师赋予工作的意义。教师愿景既蕴藏着促进教师发展的功能,同时也潜存着对教师发展产生负面影响的可能性。因此,引导和促进教师进行愿景建设十分必要。
The issue of teachers' visions has garnered significant attention in the field ofteacher's professional education and become the subject of empirical study in recent years.Teachers' visions are an image of ideal classroom practice. It has deep philosophical rootsin idealism and beliefs and gives meaning to their work. Teachers' vision has both potentialbenefits and limitations for teachers' professional development. Therefore, teachers' visionconstruction is necessary.
