校园欺凌行为的心理机制与干预对策——基于进化心理学的视角被引量：4

Psychological Mechanism and Intervention Strategies of Campus Bullying——from the Perspective of Evolutionary Psychology

摘要近年来,中小学校园欺凌事件屡有发生,新闻报道也层出不穷,校园欺凌成为全世界教育领域的焦点问题。校园欺凌事件不仅对受欺凌者和旁观者造成伤害,还会影响校园风气和纪律,如不及时制止或预防,可能为日后欺凌者引发的社会暴力事件埋下隐患。许多研究者从社会学、法律学、教育学等领域出发对其进行研究。最后发现,社会、学校、家庭及同伴关系等因素的相互作用是引发校园欺凌的重要原因,而欺凌者、受欺凌者及旁观者的内在心理特征也是影响校园欺凌事件发生的重要因素。进化心理学从进化与适应的角度为解释人类某些行为发生的内在心理机制提供了一种富有建设性的框架。因此,基于进化心理学的研究,从人类行为策略出发解释校园欺凌这一攻击行为的内在心理机制,可以为防治校园欺凌提供干预性措施。 In recent years,campus bullying incidents are frequently found in primary and secondary schools,and news reports have emerged in an endless stream.Campus bullying has become the focus of education in the world.Campus bullying incident not only causes harm to the bullied and the bystanders,but also affects the campus atmosphere and discipline.If it is not stopped or prevented in time,it may lay a hidden danger for the social violence caused by the bullies in the future.Starting from the fields of sociology,law and pedagogy,the researchers found that the interaction of factors such as social,school,family and peer relationship is an important cause of campus bullying,and the internal psychology of bullies,victims and bystanders is also an important factor affecting the occurrence of campus bullying.Evolutionary psychology provides a constructive framework for explaining the internal psychological mechanism of human behavior from the perspective of evolution and adaptation.Therefore,based on the existing research and evolutionary psychology,this paper explains the internal psychological mechanism of campus bullying from the perspective of human behavior strategy,and provides intervention measures for preventing and controlling campus bullying.
