摘要
                
                    建立一种基于石墨电热消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定土壤中全磷的方法,并与Na OH熔融-钼锑抗比色法进行比较。结果表明:消解最优温度为135℃,最优时间为100 min;石墨电热消解法对土壤全磷的检出限为3.67 mg∕kg,方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.914%,加标回收率为92.7%—99.6%,具有较高精密度;NaOH熔融法与石墨电热消解法测定结果的相对偏差为0.868%,绝对差值≤0.012μg∕g,满足标准LY∕T 1232—2015中绝对偏差≤0.006 g∕kg的要求;采用标准物质GBW07404、GBW07408、GBW07447和GBW07452对方法的准确度进行评价,显示测定结果与标准值相符。综上,该方法可快速准确测定土壤中全磷含量,为土壤全磷的检测提供了快速稳定的方法。
                
                An analysis method using graphite electric heating digestion instrument and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry for the determination of phosphorus in soil was established in this study,and two methods,including graphite electric heating digestion-ICP-OES and melted by NaOH-Mo-Sb antispectrophotometry were compared.The results showed the optimum digestion temperature was 135℃and the optimum digestion time was 100 min.The detection limit of of phosphorus in soil by graphite electric heating digestion was 3.67 mg∕kg,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)of the measurement was 0.914%,the recovery of standard addition was 92.7%—99.6%.The relative deviation of values measured by the two determination methods was 0.868%,absolute deviation≤0.012μg∕g.It improved this new method could meet the standard requirement mentioned in LY∕T 1232—2015,which required absolute deviation≤0.006 g∕kg.The accuracy and reliability of the established method was further ascertained using four standard reference materials(GBW07404,GBW07408,GBW07447 and GBW07452),and the measured values were compliant with the certified values.It improved the method had better accuracy and precision,and very suitable for the determination of phosphorus in soil.
