摘要
目的探究嵌顿输尿管结石临床治疗中采取输尿管镜钬激光碎石技术的临床效果。方法以医院就诊的82例嵌顿输尿管结石病例为研究样本(样本对象均选自2018年6月—2019年6月),结合治疗方式的差异性分组,对照组(体外冲击波碎石)、研究组(输尿管镜钬激光碎石),两组病例数一致均为41例,从治疗有效率、并发症方面展开统计分析。结果总有效率组间统计,研究组95.12%(39/41)比对照组80.49%(33/41)高,P<0.05;同时研究组并发症发生率2.44%(1/41)对比对照组17.07%(7/41),差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论在嵌顿输尿管结石临床治疗中,采取输尿管镜钬激光碎石术,减轻患者痛苦,提高疗效,安全可靠。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of incarcerated ureteral nodule.Methods Taking the 82 cases of incarcerated ureteral stones treated in our hospital as the research sample(the sample objects were selected from the case period June 2018 to June 2019),combined with the difference in treatment methods,the control group(extracorporeal shock wave crush Stone),research group(ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy),the number of cases in both groups were 41 cases,and statistical analysis was carried out from the perspective of treatment efficiency and complications.Results The total effective rate was calculated between groups,95.12%(39/41)of the study group was higher than 80.49%(33/41)of the control group,P<0.05;at the same time,the complication rate of the study group was 2.44%(1/41)compared with the control group 17.07%(7/41)No statistical difference,P>0.05.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of incarcerated ureteral calculi,ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy is adopted to reduce the patient's pain and improve the curative effect.And it is safe and reliable.
