摘要
目的观察输尿管镜下钬激光碎石联合排石汤治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法100例输尿管结石患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组给予传统切开取石术+排石汤治疗,研究组给予输尿管镜下钬激光碎石+排石汤治疗。对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果研究组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间和VAS评分分别为(45.55±5.21)min、(24.44±2.11)ml、(10.11±1.12)d、(2.11±0.21)分,对照组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间和VAS评分分别为(66.21±5.13)min、(45.64±2.09)ml、(14.76±1.67)d、(5.23±1.16)分;研究组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输尿管镜下钬激光碎石联合排石汤治疗输尿管结石患者的临床疗效显著,可明显缩短患者的手术时间和住院时间,减少患者的术中出血量,减轻其术后疼痛感。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy combined with Paishi decoction in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods A total of 100 ureteral calculi patients as study subjects were divided into control group and research group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional incision and lithotomy+Paishi decoction,and the research group was treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy+Paishi decoction.The operation time,amount of intraoperative hemorrhage,hospitalization time and visual analogue scale(VAS)score was compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,amount of intraoperative hemorrhage,hospitalization time and VAS score were(45.55±5.21)min,(24.44±2.11)ml,(10.11±1.12)d and(2.11±0.21)points in the research group,which was(66.21±5.13)min,(45.64±2.09)ml,(14.76±1.67)d and(5.23±1.16)points in the control group.The operation time and hospitalization time in the research group was shorter than those in the control group,amount of intraoperative hemorrhage was less than that in the control group,and VAS score was lower than that in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy combined with Paishi decoction shows remarkable clinical efficacy in the treatment of ureteral calculi patients,and it can obviously shorten operation time and hospitalization time,reduce amount of intraoperative hemorrhage and relieve postoperative pain.
