摘要
目的探讨输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石并发急性梗阻性肾功能衰竭的可行性及临床疗效。方法总结研究采用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗本院2006年11月～2012年1月急诊收治的27例47侧上尿路结石并发急性梗阻性肾功能衰竭患者的临床资料。结果 27例47侧均一次性成功击碎结石,术后1周所有患者肾功能均恢复正常,术后1个月所有患者复查腹部平片23例患者结石排净。结论输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术能安全有效地一期处理上尿路结石导致的急性梗阻性肾功能衰竭,并具有创伤小、术后恢复快、能同时处理双侧输尿管梗阻病变等优点。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for treat- ment of acute obstructive renal failure caused by upper urinary calculi. Methods The clinical data of 47 side of the 27 cases of urinary tract stones with acute obstructive renal failure patients in hospital from November 2006 to January 2012 were summarized and researched. Results The operations of 27 cases （47sides） were successful by a single ureteroscopic procedure. All patients recovered renal function after one week following operation, 23 cases were stone-free in one month postoperatively. Conclusion Ureteroscopyic pneumatic lithotripsy is a safe and effective way to deal with acute renal failure caused by the entire upper urinary tract obstruction, for the procedure is minimally invasive and leading to quick recovery, it can also deal with the both-side of ureteral diseases.
