摘要
师范专业的发展因受到国家教育方针和院校培养模式的影响,对师范生的专业技能水平要求越来越高,但传统的人才培养模式和教学方法已不能直接作用于学生的实践技能,即使开设了相关的实训课,但往往碍于条件的限制和学生以往学习目标认识的不足,导致实训课不能达到既定的理想目标。其迫切需要从当前基础教育教师队伍的现实问题、实际需求及未来发展趋势出发,重新构建以"动态化""社会化""多元化"及"职业性"为核心元素的师范生实践教育课程体系,使专业教育课程功能最大化,以课程的改革带动人才培养模式的改革与创新。
The development of normal college is influenced by the national educational policy and the training mode of colleges and universities,which requires higher and higher professional skills of normal students.However,the traditional talent training mode and teaching methods can not directly affect the students’practical skills.Even if the relevant practical training courses are offered,they often hinder the limitation of the conditions and the lack of understanding of the students’previous learning goals.As a result,practical training courses can not achieve the established ideal goals.It is urgent to reconstruct the curriculum system of practical education for normal students with the core elements of"dynamic","socialization","diversification"and"occupational",starting from the current practical problems,actual needs and future development trend of teachers in basic education,so as to maximize the function of professional education curriculum and promote the reform and innovation of talent training mode with the reform of curriculum.
