摘要
文章采用问卷调查法,通过计算相关系数,找出影响支教生心理舒适度的主要因素;采用文本情感分析法,基于情感词典对支教生的教学周记作情感分析,揭示其在不同阶段的心理变化.最后根据研究结果,从人文关怀的角度对高校、实习单位和支教生提出建议.
The aim of this study is to investigate the mental health status of internship teachers.The investigation adopts questionnaire survey and sentiment analysis methods.By calculating the correlation coefficients of various indicators,the main factors affecting the psychological comfort of interns are identified;by doing textual-emotional analysis of the interns'weekly teaching diaries,the psychological changes of the interns at different stages are revealed.Finally,based on the research results,suggestions are made from the perspective of humanistic care for universities,schools,and internship teachers.
