摘要
目的探讨富氢水泡浴在高原官兵皮肤病患者中的临床效果及对炎性因子的影响。方法选择2019年8月—2020年2月到我区疗养的高原皮肤病官兵106例为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组53例。对照组采用常规方法(羟氯喹)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合富氢水泡浴。比较2组治疗前及治疗4周后炎性因子水平、血浆氧化应激反应、不良反应及复发率。结果与治疗前比较,2组治疗后4周白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白、丙二醛、谷胱甘肽及血红素加氧酶-1水平降低,超氧化物歧化酶及过氧化氢酶水平升高,且观察组较对照组变化更显著(P<0.05)。2组用药过程不良反应及治疗后1、3个月复发率比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗6个月后复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论富氢水泡浴用于高原皮肤病患者中能降低炎性因子水平,改善血浆氧化应激反应,未增加不良反应发生率,有助于降低复发率,疗效满意。
Objective To investigate clinical effectiveness of hydrogen-rich water bath in treatment of officers and soldiers with skin diseases at plateau and its effects on inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 106 officers and soldiers with plateau skin disease who were recuperated during August 2019 and February 2020 were selected as the subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=53 in each group).Control group was given conventional treatment(Hydroxychloroquine),while observation group was combined with hydrogen-rich water bath on the basis of treatment for control group.Levels of inflammatory factors,plasma oxidative stress reaction,incidence rate of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared before and after treatment for 4 weeks in two groups.Results Levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione(GSH)and heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)were decreased,while levels of superoxide dismutases(SOD)and catalase(CTA)were increased after treatment for 4 weeks compared with those before treatment in two groups,and the changes in observation group were more obvious than those in control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in incidence rate of adverse reactions,recurrence rate in the 1 st and 3 rd months after treatment between two groups(P>0.05).Recurrence rate after treatment for 6 months in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hydrogen-rich water bath in treatment of officers and soldiers with plateau skin disease may reduce levels of inflammatory factors and improve plasma oxidative stress reaction without increasing incidence rate of adverse reactions,and it helps to reduce recurrence rate.
