延安气田低产井区地面集输节能降耗技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 延安气田地处鄂尔多斯盆地东南部,地形复杂,属低渗致密低产气田,存在储层薄、物性差、气藏叠置关系复杂、单井产量低、压力递减较快以及复杂地貌条件限制布局等情况,导致了气田总体布局困难、管线易发生冻堵、工程建设难度大、运行管理复杂、产能投资较高等问题。通过分析延安气田已开发投产区块的地面工程实践,并借鉴周边气田地面集输的先进经验,对延安气田集输工艺进行优化研究,并以延安气田某低产井区为研究对象,分别从集输工艺、站场布局、水合物防治等方面进行了专项研究,形成了一套适用于陕北低产气田的节能降耗工艺技术。该工艺经济适用,安全可靠,节约投资和能耗的效果明显。 Yan'an Gas Field is located in the southeast of Ordos Basin with complex topography.It belongs to the low permeability,tight and low production gas fields with thin reservoir,poor physical properties,complex gas reservoir superposition relationship,low single well production and rapid pressure decline,etc,which leads to some problems,such as the difficulty of gas field overall layout,the easy occurrence of pipeline freezing and blocking,the difficulty of project construction,the complexity of operation and management,the high investment of 100 million m3 production capacity.Based on the analysis of the surface engineering practice of the developed blocks in Yan'an Gas Field and the advanced experience of surface gathering and transportation in the surrounding gas fields,the gathering and transportation technology applied in Yan'an Gas Field has been optimized,and by taking a low production well area of Yan'an Gas Field as the research object,a set of energy saving and consumption reducing technology suitable for low-production gas fields in northern Shaanxi has been formed through special research in the aspects of gathering and transportation technology,station layout,hydrate prevention and so on.The technology has the advantages of economical and application,safety and reliability,and obvious effect of saving investment and energy consumption.
