摘要
目的探讨布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索对小儿支原体肺炎的有效性及肺功能的影响。方法选取2016年4月-2019年4月医院收治的800例支原体肺炎患儿随机分为研究组和对照组各400例,对照组患儿予以盐酸氨溴索治疗,研究组患儿予以布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索治疗,对比两组患儿治疗的有效性及肺功能改善情况。结果治疗后研究组白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平显著低于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿治疗总有效率98.00%显著高于对照组患儿的83.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组患儿用力肺活量、最大呼气流量、1秒用力呼气容积显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支原体肺炎可有效降低炎症因子水平,提升疗效,进而使患儿肺功能得以改善。
Objective To explore the curative effect of budesonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) and the impact on pulmonary function. Methods From April 2016 to April 2019,800 children were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,400 children in each group. The children in control group were treated by ambroxol hydrochloride,the children in study group were treated by budesonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride. The curative effects and improvements of pulmonary function in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,and γ-interferon in study group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group (P<0. 05). The total effective rate in study group was 98. 00%,which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group (83. 75%) (P<0. 05).After treatment,the forced vital capacity,maximum expiratory flow,and forced expiratory volume in one second in study group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Budesonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in treatment of MPP children can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,improve curative effect and pulmonary function.
