摘要
目的探讨布地奈德雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎患儿的临床效果。方法选择2017年6月~2019年6月期间我院收治的69例小儿支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按治疗方法的不同分为对照组(32例)和观察组(37例)。对照组患者采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗,观察组患者采用布地奈德雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗。比较两组患儿肺功能指标及恢复情况。结果观察组患儿FVC、FEV1、PEF指标水平均优于对照组,且咳嗽消失时间、肺啰音消失时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用布地奈德雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎患儿,可以有效改善患儿肺功能指标,纠正临床症状,具有推广与借鉴意义。
Objective This study aimed to observe the clinical effect of Budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with Azithromycin Sequential Therapy on childhood mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 69 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019,were divided into control group and observation group according to voluntary principle.Among them,32 cases in the control group were treated with Azithromycin sequential therapy,while 37 cases in the observation group were treated with Budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with Azithromycin Sequential therapy.The pulmonary function indexes and recovery of the two groups were analyzed.Results The FVC,FEV1 and PEF indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the cough disappearance time,lung rale disappearance time and hospitalization time were shorter,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with Azithromycin sequential therapy in childhood mycoplasma pneumonia can effectively improve the pulmonary function indicators and correct clinical symptoms,which is of great significance for promotion and reference.
