摘要
目的观察热敏灸治疗寒痰阻肺型慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法选取2020年上海市静安区江宁路街道社区卫生服务中心收治的寒痰阻肺型慢性支气管炎患者60例,将其完全随机分为热敏灸组和悬灸组,每组30例。两组患者均采用基础治疗,悬灸组患者在肺俞、脾俞进行悬灸,热敏灸组患者在肺俞、脾俞进行热敏灸,两组患者均治疗4周。比较两组患者总有效率,治疗前后肺功能指标[包括最大呼气流量(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)]和中医证候积分。结果热敏灸组患者总有效率为90.0%(27/30),高于悬灸组的73.3%(22/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后,热敏灸组患者PEF、FEV1分别为(1.67±0.37)L/min、(2.01±0.76)ml,分别大于悬灸组的(1.41±0.82)L/min、(1.71±0.64)ml(P<0.05)。治疗后,热敏灸组患者中医证候积分为(2.11±1.78)分,低于悬灸组的(3.86±2.83)分(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸疗法治疗寒痰阻肺型慢性支气管炎的临床疗效确切,能有效改善肺功能,减轻患者临床症状,且安全性较高。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of heat sensitive moxibustion on chronic bronchitis of cold phlegm obstructing lung.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic bronchitis of cold phlegm obstructing lung admitted to the Community Health Service Center,Jiangning Road Street,Jing’an District,and they were randomly divided into heat sensitive moxibustion group and suspension moxibustion group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with basic treatment.The patients in the suspension moxibustion group were treated with suspension moxibustion at Feishu and Pishu,while the patients in the heat sensitive moxibustion group were treated with heat sensitive moxibustion at Feishu and Pishu.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The total effective rate,lung function index(including PEF,FEV1)and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of heat sensitive moxibustion group was 90.0%(27/30),which was higher than that of suspension moxibustion group of 73.3%(22/30)(P<0.05).After treatment,PEF and FEV1 in the heat sensitive moxibustion group were higher than that in the suspension moxibustion group[(1.67±0.37)L/min vs(1.41±0.82)L/min;(2.01±0.76)ml vs(1.71±0.64)ml](P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom score of the heat sensitive moxibustion group was lower than that of the suspension moxibustion group[(2.11±1.78)vs(3.86±2.83)](P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of heat sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of chronic bronchitis of cold phlegm obstructing lung is exact,which can effectively improve the lung function,reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,and with high safety.
