摘要
针对蜡油加氢装置主要耗电设备的实际运行情况,提出了投用新氢机贺尔碧格无级调量系统、进料泵-液力透平组、变频电机以及叶轮切削、加热炉引风机转子改造等措施。改造后的运行结果表明:装置能耗明显下降。
In view of the actual operation situation of the main power consuming equipment in the wax oil hydrogenation unit,measures were put forward.Such as putting the new hydrogen generator Hoerbiger stepless regulating system into operation,reform on the following parts,the feed pump hydraulic set,variable frequency motor and impeller cutting,rotor of the induced draft fan of the heating furnace.Running results of the unit after the reform showed that energy consumption of the unit was obviously reduced.
