白油加氢装置分馏塔加热方案比较 被引量:1

Comparison on Heating Schemes of Fractionator in White Oil Hydrogenation Unit

摘要 采用加氢法以柴油馏分为原料生产轻质白油,为满足产品质量要求,分馏塔可采用重沸炉加热方案和进料加热炉方案。产品分馏塔采用重沸炉加热方案,具有操作稳定,石脑油、轻质白油产品含水低,含油污水排放少等优点,但塔釜温度较高,塔底油存在热分解的风险;产品分馏塔采用进料加热炉加热方案,具有流程简单,塔釜温度低,塔底油不会发生热分解等优点,与重沸炉加热方案相比,进料加热炉方案减少设备、管道投资120余万元,加工每吨原料装置能耗减少38.86 MJ。因此,在设备和管道投资、装置占地、能耗等方面,进料加热炉加热方案优于重沸炉加热方案。 Light white oil is produced from diesel by hydrogenation,in order to meet product quality requirements,reboiler heating scheme and feed heating furnace scheme can be adopted for fractionator.The reboiler heating scheme has the advantages of stable operation,low water cut of naphtha and light white oil,and less oily sewage,etc.However,the temperature of the bottom oil is relatively high,and there is the risk of thermal decomposition of the bottom oil.The feed heating furnace scheme has the advantages of simple process,low temperature and no thermal decomposition risk of tower bottom oil.Compared with the reboiler heating scheme,the investment of equipment and pipeline of the feed heating furnace scheme is reduced by more than.2 million Yuan,and the energy consumption per ton of raw materials of the unit is reduced by 38.86 MJ.Therefore,in terms of equipment and pipeline investment,unit occupation and energy consumption,the scheme of feed heating furnace is better than the reboiler heating scheme.
