摘要
对中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司1. 85 Mt/a蜡油加氢处理装置进行运行分析。该装置选用中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院(FRIPP)开发的FZC系列保护剂及FF-24蜡油加氢催化剂。在反应氢分压5. 0 MPa,一反入口温度377℃,二反入口温度392℃,原料油97%馏出温度约600℃,(Ni+V)质量分数为8~10μg/g的苛刻条件下,该装置已经连续稳定运转了20个月,说明FF-24催化剂具有优异的加氢脱硫性能和良好的稳定性。
The analysis of the operation of the 1. 85 MM TPY wax oil hydrotreating unit of SINOPEC Yanshan Company is introduced. The FZC series guard catalyst and FF-24 hydrogenation catalyst developed by Sinopec FRIPP were selected for the unit. Under the conditions of the partial pressure of 5. 0 MPa in the reaction,377 ℃ of 1 st reactor inlet temperature,392 ℃ of 2 nd reactor inlet temperature and about 600 ℃ for97% crude oil distillation and 8 ~ 10 μg/g Ni + V,the unit has been operating continuously and steadily for20 months,which indicates that the FF-24 catalyst has excellent hydrogenation desulfurization performance and good stability.
