摘要
为研究叠合预制装配式地铁车站结构体系的侧墙底节点与顶节点在设计荷载工况下的受力性能,结合无锡—江阴城际轨道交通工程,设计制作了足尺的侧墙与底板节点试件及足尺的侧墙与顶板节点试件,通过拟静力试验研究节点在低周往复荷载作用下的受力性能。结果表明,预制拼装侧墙节点试件的承载能力较现浇节点试件的极限承载能力略低,但可以满足构件设计的承载能力要求;U形钢筋的搭接连接能够有效传递荷载;在U形筋侧面混凝土保护层较薄的情况下,钢筋黏结强度较早出现退化,增加了U形钢筋弯弧及水平段对其内外侧混凝土的压力,造成了周围混凝土的剥落,同时,随着压力的增加有可能发生弯弧段钢筋的脆性断裂。
In order to study the mechanical performance of the bottom node and top node of the side wall of the laminated prefabricated subway station structure system under the design load conditions,combined with the Wuxi-Jiangyin intercity rail transit project,the full-scale side wall and bottom plate joint specimens and the full-scale side wall and top plate joint specimens are designed and produced,and the force performance of the joints under low-cycle reciprocating loads is studied through pseudo-static tests.The results show that the load-bearing capacity of the prefabricated side wall joint specimen is slightly lower than the ultimate load-bearing capacity of the cast-in-place joint specimen,but it can meet the load-bearing capacity requirements of the component design;the overlap connection of the U-shaped steel bar can effectively transfer the load.When the protective layer of concrete on the side of the shaped bars is thin,the bond strength of the steel bars deteriorates earlier,which increases the pressure on the inner and outer concrete of the U-shaped bar bending and the horizontal section,causing the surrounding concrete to peel off.At the same time,as the pressure increases,brittle fracture of the steel bars in the curved arc may occur.
